简要规则描述：主要涉及人员配备及装备要求，配备8岗（10人）专职消防工作人员24 小时值班值守、1辆3.5吨泡沫消防车、1辆2.5吨水罐消防车、5辆巡逻电动自行车和相关装备。工作任务要求，实行消防宣传员、防火巡查员、灭火战斗员、便民服务员、管理指导员的"五员一体”工作模式，主要落实安委办、园区、消防部门和派出所布置的关于消防工作任务。

The work task requires the implementation of a "five in one" work mode consisting of fire promoters, fire inspectors, firefighters, convenience workers, and management instructors, mainly to implement the fire work tasks assigned by the Safety Committee Office, the park, the fire department, and the police station.

4、符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸规则推进试点地区政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财采〔2024〕12号）第17条规定的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动；
5、本次采购不接受联合体响应，不允许合同转让与分包。
